Do I need to pay online?
No. Our checkout collects only your shipping and billing information. Payment is arranged after we confirm your order — via bank transfer, invoice or payment on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Small items ship within 2-4 business days. Large equipment (jacuzzis, wood fired hot tubs, saunas) is delivered by our white-glove team within 5-10 business days, including placement and basic installation.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — all orders over R9,999 ship completely free. Orders below R9,999 carry a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
What warranty do products include?
Every Azaria Luxury Spa product is covered by a manufacturer warranty (coverage period varies by product), plus technical support from our service team.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused product in its original packaging for a full refund — no questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
