1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information, images and pricing. Prices are shown in ZAR (South African Rand) and may change at any time until an order is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amounts paid.

4. Orders & Payment

Checkout collects your shipping and billing information, then redirects you to PayFast, a licensed South African payment gateway, to complete payment securely. We never see or store your card or banking details — these are handled entirely by PayFast. An order is confirmed only once PayFast confirms successful payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the product. Large items are delivered by our white-glove team, which includes placement and basic installation. Risk transfers to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Warranty

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our Return Policy. All products include a manufacturer warranty; the coverage period varies by product and is listed on the product page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Scrape, mirror or resell content without written permission.
• Submit false orders or fraudulent information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Azaria Luxury Spa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azaria Luxury Spa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount of the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cape Town, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
