Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping

All orders with a subtotal of R9,999 or more ship completely free. Orders below R9,999 carry a flat shipping fee of R999. The exact fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

2. Delivery Times

• Small items (spa covers, accessories, portable saunas): 2–4 business days.
• Large equipment (jacuzzis, wood fired hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, walk in baths): 5–10 business days, delivered by our white-glove team.
• Splash pools & custom items: 2–4 weeks; we confirm the exact date after your order is placed.

3. White-Glove Delivery

Large items are delivered to the room of your choice. Our two-person team handles transport, unpacking, placement, assembly and basic installation (connection to existing water/electricity points). They will also remove the packaging. Installation to new utility points is not included.

4. Tracking & Communication

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, and our delivery team will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery window.

5. Delivery Areas

We ship to all major metro areas across South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact our team before ordering.

6. Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect your delivery while the driver is present.
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt — this speeds up replacements.
• If you cannot accept the delivery, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but may be affected by seasonal demand, customs or carrier disruptions. We will always notify you of significant delays and offer alternatives where possible.
