The IT-8500X3 keeps the core feature set that made the original IT-8500 popular — decompression stretch, spinal alignment, and foot rollers — while adding 3D roller technology with five adjustable intensity levels, from a very light touch up to deep tissue pressure. A neck sensor auto-extends the rollers further for users who want stronger upper-neck coverage, and three new 3D auto programs (Deep Shiatsu, Healthy Breath, Massage Extend) are joined by six preset programs covering sports recovery, stretching, sleep, and targeted neck/shoulder or waist/spine work. The chair follows an S-track that mirrors the natural curve of the spine, with a spinal correction routine that combines shoulder airbag retraction, lower-body stretch, roller movement along the spine, and a shiatsu swivel seat working together. A full-body airbag system (head, shoulders, arms/wrists, waist, lumbar/glutes, legs/calves, feet) is joined by an eight-airbag, six-roller foot unit, plus lumbar heat and Bluetooth connectivity via a redesigned, smaller remote.
