The Kumo pairs a 44-inch L-track with 4D rollers that heat themselves directly — protruding up to 3 inches deep and spaced 1.5 inches apart to target the spine and specific acupuncture points with warmth built into the stroke itself, rather than a separate heating pad. Sensors inside the rollers scan the body's size, shape and curves to calibrate the massage automatically, and 64 airbags provide compression across the body. Its knee-and-calf therapy is a distinguishing feature — thermal airbags that adjust to leg height combine heat and compression specifically at the knees, a first for a production massage chair, before extending down to the lower calves. Reflexology work comes from tri-action foot rollers combining two levels of shiatsu rolling with air pressure, and the chair offers 12 auto programs plus roughly 500 customizable combinations, saved via up to three personal presets. Chromotherapy LED lighting in seven modes and Bluetooth surround speakers round out the sensory side, and the chair's base slides forward as it reclines so it needs only about five inches of clearance behind it — a notably compact footprint for full recline.
